We offer a 30-day return policy for all ApexBar products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned after 30 days
